arrow keys - move

Z - shoot / menu option select

shift - focus (move slowly and reduce firing spread)

esc - pause menu

R - quick restart

a timer counts down from 120 seconds

destroy all enemies to enter the next wave

blue pickups items increase time on the clock

being hit by an enemy attack reduces time on the clock by 20 seconds

expected run time: 2-3 minutes

to score as highly as possible: get as far as you can without being hit, while collecting all pickups and destroying waves efficiently
